Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead to drive recruiting success across high-volume and specialty healthcare positions. This role combines direct recruiting, team leadership, workforce planning, and process improvement to ensure consistent hiring results.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead recruiting activities, manage hiring priorities, and drive team performance.
- Recruit clinical, nursing, allied health, behavioral health, and advanced practice professionals.
- Develop candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
- Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs, compensation trends, and workforce planning.
- Monitor recruiting KPIs, scorecards, and hiring outcomes.
- Optimize ATS workflows, recruiting processes, and candidate experience.
- Support compliance, onboarding coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of healthcare recruiting experience.
- Proven success with high-volume and specialty healthcare recruitment.
- Experience leading or mentoring recruiting teams preferred.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and workforce planning skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics.
- Multi-site or multi-state recruiting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare credentialing and onboarding preferred.
