Your Role as Front Desk Associate
Set the tone for a premium club: greet and check in members, keep the front of house spotless, and support membership sign-ups and retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Member Experience
• Greet every member by name and deliver a friendly, five-star check-in.
• Answer questions, handle calls and inquiries, and resolve issues with a positive attitude.

2. Cleanliness & Facility
• Keep the front desk, lobby, and common areas spotless and stocked.
• Support club-wide cleanliness standards that drive our NPS on Cleanliness.

3. Sales Support
• Book tours, support membership sign-ups, and refer prospects to the sales team.
• Handle POS, retail, and supplement sales.

4. Operations & Administration
• Complete light administrative tasks accurately and follow club procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Skills
• Experience: Customer-service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred; no gym experience required — we'll train the right attitude.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Warm, clear communication; comfort with POS and basic computer tools; dependable and punctual.
• Attributes: Upbeat, people-loving, and reliable, with availability across mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Salary and Benefits
• Hourly Rate: $15 per hour.
