Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of assigned apartment communities. This role helps create a welcoming environment for residents, prospective residents, and visitors by keeping common areas, amenities, and vacant apartments clean and ready for use.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain leasing offices, clubhouses, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and other common areas.
- Clean restrooms, fitness centers, and amenity spaces as assigned.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, and other high-touch surfaces.
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, cabinets, and appliances.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report inventory needs.
- Report maintenance concerns, damage, or safety hazards to the appropriate team member.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and use equipment and chemicals safely.
- Assist with additional cleaning tasks as needed to support property operations.

Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred; experience in apartment communities is a plus.
- Ability to follow cleaning schedules, instructions, and safety procedures.
- Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a professional, courteous approach with residents, visitors, and coworkers.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift cleaning supplies and equipment throughout the workday.
- Reliable attendance and ability to manage assigned tasks on schedule.
- Valid driver’s license may be required depending on assigned properties.
