Job Title

The main responsibility of the Inside Sales Associate (ISA), working from Bogotá is to support the in-territory Inside Sales teams. This includes helping develop Sales activities such as populating/using information from Sales platforms, collecting from stakeholders, and populating some parts of proposals such as bios, scope of work, financials, technical, etc. An ISA  represents a support function within proposals elaboration.

The Inside Sales Associate assigned to this role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, compliance, and timely administration of sales opportunities within Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. The role provides quality assurance, process coordination, and administrative support to help opportunities progress efficiently through the sales lifecycle in accordance with established sales governance requirements.

The role supports sales teams and sales leadership by maintaining high-quality opportunity data, coordinating governance and approval workflows, facilitating opportunity closeout activities, and driving consistent execution of critical sales processes. The successful candidate will promote CRM best practices, improve pipeline visibility and reporting accuracy, and contribute to overall sales process effectiveness. Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems is strongly preferred.

Principal Responsibilities:

- We expect our ISAs to be capable of reading and interpreting information to support proposals hence, they should have:
- Hard skills: Advanced handling of Office pack (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, PBI, Planner). Technical skills related to projects are desirable (renewable energies, oil and gas, hydrogen). Short experience in proposal development is desirable, too.
- Soft skills: communication (oral and written), proactive, easy-going, presenting topics in front of people.
- Languages: English
- ISAs shall be capable of putting together information, pulling up information from our systems,
- understanding the purpose of proposals, help proposal teams organize both technical and commercial information.

Specific Activities

- Support sales teams in adhering to sales governance requirements, stage progression, and approval processes.
- Provide administrative support for opportunity management, forecasting, and pipeline reviews.
- Coordinate sales lifecycle activities, including opportunity closeout, reporting, and governance-related processes.Enhance pipeline reliability, reporting quality, and forecast accuracy through disciplined CRM management.
- Promote consistent adoption of Salesforce best practices and drive continuous process improvment.
- Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is strongly preferred.
- Manage and maintain opportunity data within Salesforce or similar, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.

What you will bring

Requirements:

- Knowledge of protection of critical infrastructure
- Technical knowledge of CCTV
- Certifications in asset security management (CPP or equivalent)-DESIRABLE
- Relevant knowwkedge of the region and capability to liaise with authorities
- Liaison and coordination with security authorities at the three levels of government, local, state and federal, to help the correct emergency management with the support of authorities, as the situation demands
- Degree in social sciences (political science, international relations, intelligence or criminalistics) or comparable military training.
- +10 years involved of verifiable experience in the energy, mining, transport or other large infrastructure sectors
- Experience in financing schemes subject to IFC Performance Standards, Framework Principles or similar
