ROLE SUMMARY:
Inspired Education Group is seeking a creative and digitally savvy Marketing Intern to support the production and adaptation of engaging content across multiple marketing channels. This role is ideal for a candidate passionate about storytelling, social media, video editing, and content creation.
Working closely with the central marketing team and schools across the group, the intern will help transform content submitted by schools into compelling digital assets that strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and student recruitment initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a strong visual eye, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in digital marketing trends and content creation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Creation & Social Media
- Support the creation of engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
- Adapt and localise content received from schools to ensure alignment with Group brand guidelines.
- Assist in planning and scheduling social media content calendars.
- Research social media trends, formats, and emerging best practices.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide recommendations for content improvements.
Video Editing & Multimedia Production
- Edit short- and long-form videos for social media campaigns, events, school highlights, testimonials, and promotional activities.
- Add subtitles, transitions, graphics, and basic motion design elements to enhance content quality.
- Organise and maintain digital media libraries, ensuring assets are correctly stored and accessible.
Brand & Campaign Support
- Ensure all content reflects Inspired brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Assist in the development of creative assets for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with schools and internal stakeholders to gather content and marketing material.
- Support the implementation of seasonal and admission-focused campaigns
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Education
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Multimedia Production, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in content marketing, social media, and digital communications.
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills.
- Knowledge of Canva and social media management platforms is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
