Position Summary

Responsible for performing a wide range of facilities maintenance and janitorial duties to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of building interiors, exteriors, and surrounding grounds.
Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting inspections of facilities and exterior spaces
- Performing general janitorial duties in buildings and vehicles
- Supporting security procedures for building access.
- Operating cleaning equipment, handling trash removal, maintaining restrooms, managing inventory of supplies
- Compliance with all safety, security, and quality standards is essential,
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Willing to work second shift - 12:30PM to 9:00PM. M-F .
- 2 Years’ minimum experience in janitorial services
- Potential candidates would preferably have background cleaning in government facilities .
- Clean driving record
- Ability to obtain Security clearance
- Ability to read, write , and speak English
- Excellent customer service skills in dealing with staff
- Ability to operate a variety of common cleaning machines, i.e., vacuums, floor scrubbers/buffers, etc., as well as use common hand tools
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheet
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Reliability and Punctuality in all weather conditions
- B asic technical abilities to send emails and use CMMS WO system
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Expected Compensation: The expected compensation range for this role is $ 25-30 an hour.
