Who We're Looking For

Required

- 3-5+ Years of Professional Automotive Technician Experience

- Toyota Experience Prefered

- ASE Certifications Prefered

- Valid Driver's License

- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

- Proven ability to perform high-quality repairs efficiently

- Commitment to customer satisfaction and quality workmanship

What You'll Do

As an Experienced Automotive Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles while delivering the quality and efficiency our customers expect.

Responsibilities Include:

- Perform maintenance and repairs according to Toyota and dealership standards

- Diagnose engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and drivability concerns

- Utilize Toyota diagnostic equipment and special service tools

- Test-drive vehicles to diagnose concerns and verify completed repairs

- Complete customer-pay and warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications

- Communicate repair findings and additional service recommendations with Service Advisors

- Coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain needed components

- Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, and completed work

- Stay current on Toyota technical bulletins, repair procedures, and emerging technologies

- Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and certification programs

- Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship

- Properly care for customer vehicles, dealership equipment, and tools

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

- Follow all dealership and applicable workplace safety procedures
