What You'll Do
As a Parts Counterperson, you'll be an important part of keeping our Service and Parts operations moving efficiently by:
- Assisting technicians, Service Advisors, and customers with identifying and locating the correct parts
- Looking up parts using dealership and manufacturer systems
- Providing accurate pricing and availability information
- Pulling and distributing parts for repair orders
- Processing parts orders and monitoring special-order items
- Maintaining accurate parts inventory and documentation
- Communicating effectively with Service Advisors and technicians
- Helping ensure parts are available to support efficient vehicle repairs
- Maintaining an organized and professional Parts Department
- Providing an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
