Iron Worker – Data Center Construction
Location: Southaven, MS
Pay: $21–$31/hour
We are seeking skilled Iron Workers to support the construction and buildout of a large-scale, high-performance data center campus in Southaven, MS. This is a hands-on role working with structural steel, miscellaneous metals, equipment supports, and related infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Erect and install structural steel, beams, columns, and supports
- Install miscellaneous metals and equipment supports
- Bolt, connect, align, and secure structural components
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, lifts, and rigging equipment
- Work safely at heights and around active construction operations
- Follow all site safety requirements and procedures
- Coordinate with other trades and construction crews
Qualifications
- Previous Iron Worker / Structural Steel experience preferred
- Experience on industrial, commercial, data center, or other large construction projects
- Knowledge of steel erection, rigging, bolting, and structural installation
- Comfortable working at heights and in an active construction environment
- Strong safety awareness and work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a fast-paced construction team
