Available Shifts

- 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM

- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

- 3:00 PM - Close

Weekends and Holidays Required

Position Summary

Passenger Services Agents assist airline passengers throughout the airport, including those requiring wheelchair assistance. Team members provide excellent customer service, ensure passengers reach their destinations safely, and maintain positive interactions with customers, airline personnel, and airport staff.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Safely transport passengers to and from gates, ticketing areas, baggage claim, and curbside locations.

- Assist passengers requiring wheelchair services with care, professionalism, and courtesy.

- Provide general airport information and directions.

- Maintain a positive and professional image when interacting with passengers and airline staff.

- Coordinate passenger assistance requests with dispatchers and gate agents.

- Complete wheelchair service logs and required documentation.

- Report accidents, incidents, and unusual events promptly.

- Comply with all TSA regulations, airport security requirements, and company policies.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years old.

- High School Diploma or GED may be required.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to read, write, and speak English.

- Reliable transportation and reliable telephone contact.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Must successfully complete all required background screenings and drug testing.

- Must be able to obtain and maintain airport security badge credentials.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

- Ability to bend, squat, stoop, and push wheelchairs throughout the shift.

- Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or maneuver up to 75 pounds.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment.

Training Requirements

- Complete all Huntleigh USA and airline-specific training programs.

- Complete airport security and TSA-related training requirements.

- Participate in ongoing operational and safety training.

Walk-In Interviews

In-Person Interviews Held:

- Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

- 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

- Approximately 30 minutes

- Bring 2 Valid Forms Of ID

Airport Parking Fee: $2.00 per hour

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or equivalent may be required in some locations.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to read, writes, speak, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test as required (DOT or Non DOT) and submit to 
random testing requirements.
