Job Opportunity:

We are growing and we are looking for an Accountant to join our team!

You Are:

- Accountable to day-to-day work

You Will Make an Impact By:

- Reconciling account balances to supporting workbooks in a timely manner.

- Preparing bi-weekly payroll and partnering with Human Resources to ensure successful submission to Paycom.

- Preparing, importing and posting journal entries into Netsuite.

- Preparing monthly financial statements for clinic director review.

- Developing and documenting policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Preparing monthly sales tax reports.

- Assisting with preparing information requested by outside accounting firms.

- Reviewing general ledger activity for accuracy and completeness.

- Acting as a point of contact for designated locations.

You Have:

- A bachelors degree in accounting or related field.

- Three to five years experience in accounting helpful.
