We are growing and we are looking for a Director to join our Kalon Aesthetics and Surgery team!

You Will Make an Impact By:
- Positively promoting and representing Kalon Aesthetics and Surgery and Vance Thompson Vision within the communities we serve.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Kalon Aesthetics and Surgery to ensure exceptional team and client experiences.
- Understanding the Kalon Aesthetics and Surgery client experience and the various support roles within the medical spa.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with team to help maintain high employee performance and morale.
- Ensuring appropriate levels of compliance with reporting requirements, regulatory, safety, and quality guidelines.
- Acting as a liaison and facilitates communication between providers, spa leadership, and all team members.
- Participating in performance reviews by providing feedback and identifying areas of opportunity and development for team members.
- Monitoring client satisfaction surveys and feedback for implementing continuous operational improvement.
- Strategizing with spa leaders and providers regarding business strategy and goal setting.
- Empowering team members to continually enhance the client experience to be best in the industry.
You Have:
- A bachelors degree from a four year college or university
- Three to five years leadership experience
- Previous experience in a medical spa preferred
