How You’ll Make a Difference

You’ll help keep our customers moving by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining their equipment. Your technical skill, attention to safety, and dependable service will make a difference every day.

What You’ll Do

- Diagnose, repair, and rebuild engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical systems, brakes, steering, drive components, lifting systems, and other material handling equipment.
- Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and basic welding while following manufacturer and company standards.
- Provide dependable service at customer sites and in the shop while maintaining accurate service records, parts, tools, and your company vehicle.
- Follow all safety requirements, participate in training and certifications, and help maintain our Safety First culture.

What You’ll Bring

- 3+ years of equipment repair or related experience; trade school or technician certification preferred.
- Strong mechanical, diagnostic, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills; welding or fabrication experience is a plus.
- Certification on at least 65% of the designated product line and a valid driver’s license.
- Your own tools and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, travel to customer sites, and participate in an on-call schedule as needed.
