Job Description

We are looking for a Web Developer to develop, enhance, support, and maintain modern web applications while ensuring a seamless user experience. This position will be Full-time, Hybrid -Bengaluru .

What You'll Do

- Develop and maintain web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web interfaces
- Design, develop, and consume REST APIs and integration services
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across front-end and backend components
- Support application testing, deployments, and production releases
- Perform application support, maintenance, and enhancements across the solution stack
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and development teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
- Support CI/CD processes and ensure smooth code deployments
- Monitor and maintain application performance, reliability, and availability
- Create and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and knowledge articles
- Analyze recurring issues and recommend improvements for application stability and performance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure business solutions

What You'll Need

Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 6-8 years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with modern React frameworks, libraries, and development tools
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and integration patterns
- Experience with source control tools such as Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Azure Repos
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and application deployment processes
- Knowledge of backend development concepts and database technologies
- Experience supporting and maintaining production applications
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile/Scrum teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Experience interacting with global stakeholders and distributed teams

Preferred:

- Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and SharePoint
- Experience with Node.js or similar backend technologies
- .NET development experience is highly preferred
- Understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment
- Experience working in enterprise-scale application environments
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation tools
- Exposure to application security best practices and performance optimization

- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
