Senior Director, Technical Solutions - Quantum

Join Quantinuum as the Senior Director of Technical Solutions, where you'll lead our Solutions Architecture Team and Technical Sales Solutions Specialist to develop innovative technical strategies that drive customer engagement and align with business objectives 
The Senior Director, Technical Solutions is responsible for leading Quantinuum's customer-facing technical organization, comprising both the Solutions Architecture and Technical Sales Solutions Specialist teams. 
This role provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and technical direction across the entire customer solutions lifecycle, from opportunity qualification and use case identification through solution design, project scoping, delivery support, and value realization.  
The Senior Director ensures both teams operate as a coordinated function that enables commercial growth while maintaining technical excellence and alignment with Quantinuum's research and product roadmap. You will lead the Solutions Architecture team to provide deep, domain-aligned support for strategic customer accounts, whilst ensuring the Technical Sales Solutions Specialist team provide broader technical support across all our sales and consultancy opportunities.  
Acting as both a leader and industry expert, the Senior Director develops technical talent, establishes standards and ways of working, oversees the customer solutions portfolio, and serves as an executive technical advisor for strategic customer opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits:
Incentive Eligible – Range posted is inclusive of bonus target.
The pay range for this role is $240,000 - $310,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
