Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Partner with the business and functional teams to develop global footprint strategy.
- Develop Standard Business Process with key stakeholders to map out Facility Planning Demand Plan
- Align facilities, capacity, and space requirements with product roadmaps, business growth, and long-term organizational objectives.
- Translate business and product roadmaps into actionable programs and projects, partnering with Product, Business, and Global teams to establish priorities, scope, resources, and timelines.
- Lead strategic programs and initiatives spanning facilities, capital investment, and workplace strategy from planning through execution.
- Partner with key stakeholders and vendors to successfully execute strategic projects and initiatives that support business objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and the executive team, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation strategies to executive leadership and external partners.
Program Execution & Team Development:
- Oversee the facilities program management organization and be directly responsible for the technical and financial execution of large strategy projects
- Build and mentor a global performance culture for facilities program management organization where engineers, program and project managers are active hands-on partners to the technical teams.
- Lead the team to be accountable, hands-on, and integral for delivering on our business objectives.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across IT, Security, HR, HSE, Finance, R&D and other functional teams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree minimum
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, project or business management.
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status
- Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.

- Master’s degree preferred
- Proven ability to translate business growth into large-scale facilities strategies and successfully execute complex capital programs.
- Direct project management experience leading complex technical projects in global facilities, real estate, operations or R&D
- Natural leader with the ability to inspire the team to meet challenging commitments, showing both empathy while holding accountability
- Bias for action: having a business-level intuition about what is needed and when to grow and move the company forward
- Expert-level financial acumen with previous experience understanding project financials and translating project plans into high-fidelity financial plans and forecasts
- Experience translating project scopes into milestones and KPIs to track progress
- Ability to effectively and independently lead and navigate through ambiguity

Compensation & Benefits:
Incentive Eligible – Range posted is inclusive of bonus target.
The pay range for this role is $180,000 – $229,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
