Zachry Group has an exciting opportunity for a Project Accounting Administrator . The primary focus of this position is to support and coordinate payroll, accounts payable, billing, contract administration, and project accounting activities for the Chevron Pasadena maintenance operations. The Project Accounting Administrator will work closely with project management, operations, vendors, and corporate accounting personnel to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions while maintaining compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Effective interaction with project teams, employees, subcontractors, vendors, and customers is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
