Summer 2027: MBA Business Operations Intern, Consumer Group

Intuit internships are 12 weeks throughout the summer. We have fixed start and end dates that are designed to work with various universities’ academic calendars.

- Cohort 1: Monday, May 17 - Friday, August 6, 2027 (12 weeks)
- Cohort 2: Monday, June 14 - Friday September 3, 2027 (12 weeks)

About the Consumer Group Business Operations Team:

Business Operations plays a critical role in driving and transforming how we connect across the Intuit ecosystem and operate within the Consumer Group (CG) to achieve Taxes Done for Everyone, supported by an AI-driven expert platform.

The Business Operations team aims to provide the business:

- Strategy to execution clarity
- Accountability at all levels
- Focus on outcomes

- Interfaces into the Intuit Ecosystem / Platform

Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Partner with Intuit’s Consumer Group senior leaders to jointly develop comprehensive business strategies that solve complex business challenges and address the needs of customers and stakeholders across various functions to drive incremental growth and unlock new customer value
- Partner with Intuit Technology Ecosystem platform leaders to influence operating and strategic planning decisions and business and investment priorities
- Provide focused analytical support to leaders responsible for operational improvements, ensuring execution is set up for success and managed rigorously
- Learn from internal and external best practices and work with business leaders to implement and scale them across CG
- Shape and manage the CG’s operating rhythm and planning processes as part of member of the Business Operations Leadership team

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who can operate at the intersection of strategy and execution — building credibility with senior executives quickly, and using that trust to help shape the next phase of Consumer Group growth.

- Currently a enrolled in a MBA program with an expected graduation date after the internship/co-op ends.
- Prior experience in a role that required delivering impact across an organization — e.g., internship or full-time experience in strategy consulting, business operations, or a similar cross-functional role at a technology company
- Demonstrated experience in designing, building, or implementing solutions that leverage Machine Learning, AI, or automation technology
- Structured problem-solving skills, combined with strong business acumen
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous topics into clear, compelling narratives for different audiences
- Ability to quickly get up to speed on new business domains and understand end-to-end processes
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with creativity in problem solving

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is: $47 - 57 /hr in SDG.
