About this role
The Door Greeter provides a safe, welcoming experience for guests entering and exiting WRD. This role verifies IDs, monitors entry/exit activity, prevents unauthorized removal of items, observes the gaming floor for underage guests, and supports basic front‑desk communication.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Excellent customer service and basic telephone skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to multitask and work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in environments with extreme temperatures, moisture, smoke, and chemicals.
