The Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive measurable results. Working closely with Marketing Account Managers, Orchestration, Creative teams, digital specialists, and sales stakeholders, this role transforms strategic priorities into actionable campaign plans, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple channels including email, web, social media, digital advertising, and events.
The role oversees end-to-end campaign management, including project planning, workflow coordination, budget tracking, quality assurance, compliance reviews, and performance reporting. Acting as the operational hub between cross-functional teams, the Campaign Manager ensures campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed service levels while maintaining high standards of execution and data accuracy.
What You’ll Be Doing:
-Collaborate with Marketing Account Managers and Pursuit Marketing to shape campaign briefs, define objectives, and align with business priorities.
-Manage the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, web, social, digital ads, events, etc.).
-Translate strategic direction and concepts into actionable campaign plans with clear deliverables and timelines.
-Coordinate campaign activities from planning through to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to service level agreements.
-Manage campaign timelines, budgets, using project management tools (e.g., Workfront) to manage and oversee work and internal approvals.
-Maintain oversight of campaign execution quality, including proofing and compliance checks.
-Ensure all campaign activities (e.g. digital ads, events, promotions) are scoped, costed, in conjunction with the rate card and tracked/updated in Workfront.
-Track campaign performance against KPIs such as engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
-Compile and analyze campaign data to generate detail for Marketing Account Management.
-Confirm that campaign dashboards and reports are complete, accurate, and validated before distribution to stakeholders.
-Act as the operational bridge between managers, creatives, digital teams, and sales stakeholders.
-Champion team ethics, principles, and values that define standards of behavior.
-Contribute as a team player while upholding and representing our collective identity and values on a global scale.
-Identify and test innovative campaign formats or tactics, transforming successful pilots into best practices, while staying informed on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to guide campaign strategy.
What We Are Looking For:
-Typically requires a 4 year degree and 3–5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Previous project management at either a marketing agency or within an internal shared service or demand center function.
-Experience in marketing automation and best practices as well experience with effectively using traditional marketing tactics and channels for best outcomes.
-Must have previously executed creative and demand creation assets of campaigns in automation software.
-Must have knowledge of marketing channels effectiveness & mix.
-Strong project management skills.
-Experienced working with CRMs (HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo) Integration and automation campaigns.
Work Arrangement:
-Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$52,991.67 - $54,500.00 MXN Monthly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
