Senior ISR IQT Training Specialist

The Defense Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Senior ISR IQT Training Specialist at Tinker AFB, OK. This position is part of a large program supporting Air Combat Command’s (ACC) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission. Candidates must currently possess a Top Secret/SCI security clearance in order to be considered.

Job Summary:

The Senior ISR IQT Training Specialist will support the development, maintenance, and delivery of baseline training for U.S. Air Force Battle Management/Command and Control (BMC2) assets, including E-3, Control and Reporting Center (CRC), Battle Control Center (BCC), and Battle Management Control Squadron (BMCS) operations. The ideal candidate will bring intelligence or operational BMC2 experience and a strong understanding of how intelligence supports the operational mission. Relevant backgrounds may include intelligence experience supporting E-3, CRC, BCC, or BMCS operations, as well as experience as an Air Battle Manager (ABM) or Weapons Director.

The candidate will develop, maintain, and/or deliver training materials that support intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, presentations, curricula, and other instructional products and maintaining training materials.  The candidate will apply knowledge of critical thinking methodologies, BMC2 roles and responsibilities, intelligence briefings and debriefings, and applicable intelligence tools to ensure training reflects current operational needs. The individual will also monitor emerging Air Force policy, doctrine, training guidance, and operational requirements; assess impacts to existing courseware; and incorporate approved changes into training products.  Additional responsibilities include reviewing emerging policy and doctrine publications, providing recommendations for incorporation into training, and developing and maintaining training records and tracking systems as required by the Government.

Basic Qualifications:

• Current Top Secret/SCI security clearance

Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Intelligence or operational experience supporting Battle Management/Command and Control (BMC2) missions, preferably within E-3, CRC, BCC, or BMCS environments. Experience as an Air Battle Manager (ABM), Weapons Director, or similar operational role is also relevant.

• Familiarity with BMC2 roles and responsibilities, intelligence briefings/debriefings, critical thinking and analytic methodologies, and applicable intelligence tools.

• Experience developing, maintaining, reviewing, and/or delivering intelligence or operational training products, including lesson plans, presentations, curricula, or courseware.

• Ability to interpret Air Force training guidance, policy, doctrine, and operational requirements and incorporate changes into training products.

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate intelligence and analytic products for tradecraft standards, analytic rigor, sound reasoning, and supporting evidence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified trainer via one of the US Air Force's training courses such as Basic Instructor Course, Facilitator's Fundamentals, Classroom Instructor Course, or an equivalent course of another branch.

## Pay Range:
Pay Range $82,550.00 - $149,225.00
