At Rosina Food Products, we take pride in producing safe, high-quality food. Were looking for a Food Quality Inspector to join our 3rd shift team, If you're detail-oriented and passionate about food safety, this is your opportunity to grow with a trusted name in the industry.
Pay & Schedule:
- $21-$23 per hour, depending on experience + $1.50 Shift Differential
- Schedule: 2pm-12:30am OR 7:00pm-5:30am
- Full-time position with consistent hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect product weight, labeling, packaging, and overall quality
- Verify sanitation and GMP compliance during production
- Monitor critical control points (CCPs) like metal detection and cooking temps
- Complete accurate documentation for HACCP and quality systems
- Collect and submit product/environmental samples for lab testing
- Assist with USDA, FDA, and BRC inspections
- Train production staff on quality standards and documentation
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 6+ months experience in QA, food safety, or food manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, CCPs, and BRC standards is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- HACCP certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced food manufacturing setting
- Exposure to cold, wet, or humid conditions
- Frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
