About this role
This position is responsible for actively monitoring the casino floor and all property assets to identify and report any potential theft, criminal acts, or noncompliance with gaming regulations. The agent must be highly familiar with a wide range of casino operations, from cash handling and game play to electronic gaming machines. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work closely with various departments and law enforcement agencies to conduct investigations and maintain records.
- 12 hours of college credit, including completion of Composition 1, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6 months of work experience in a related field or a combination of education and experience.
- Ability to speak and write proficiently in English.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to do tedious work and work well within a team.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
