Work Schedule : Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. All work requirements are subject to change at any time based on leader discretion and/or business need.


The Opportunity
This position involves working collaboratively with the organization and other value streams to provide process and system solutions and support to help improve business capabilities and drive Ally strategic imperatives. The Sr Representative - Business Process will provide analysis and recommendations for strategic initiatives to project and business leaders. Under general supervision, the qualified candidate will also be responsible for developing reporting, process design, system development, and support of the Shaw RECOVERY as well as development and execution of testing strategy, including user acceptance testing for system releases and deployments. The qualified candidate will establish processes to anticipate customer needs and act as a business liaison to define and document business requirements, including facilitating sessions with SMEs as needed. Assist with developing project plans, managing issues and risks, and contributing to issue resolution. Additionally, this role should possess a strong working knowledge of Debt Manager and Recovery collections processes to provide to fulfill customer needs and provide support.


The Work Itself
- Work collaboratively with the IT and operations to develop solutions, document requirements, develop and execute test cases, prioritize defects, and support deployment activities.
- Develop, validate, and maintain step by step instructions/training materials.
- Design, coordinate and implement process changes to achieve the greatest efficiency and quality possible.
- Establish and clearly document business and system requirements for Shaw releases.
- Interpret and administer operational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate involvement of Ally stakeholders as necessary.
- Lead projects that provide process and project management, facilitation, and consulting tools to achieve business objectives.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
The Qualifications We’re Looking For
- 1+ years experience preferred.
- Associates degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, parallel projects.
- Demonstrated process expertise.
- General knowledge and/or skills for area of expertise.
- Demonstrates a basic understanding of the company’s risk framework components and internal controls.

Base Pay Range
$48,880.00 - $59,488.00

An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.


Incentive Compensation:
This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
