Job Overview
Responsible for training, developing and managing a crew, ensuring the delivery of quality services while
achieving set goals for revenue and production through effective management and coordination of personnel,
equipment and facility resources
Responsibilities and Duties
- Execute tasks on work orders with proficiency in the allocated time given and record materials and time to manager upon completion
- Train crew members in all checklist skills
- Communicate effectively with clients and bring questions/ concerns to manager promptly
- Communicate with manager on job progress throughout the day
- Ensure that customers are completely satisfied
- Attend to all factors, positive and negative, that affect team morale, productivity, company and/or department profitability and safety
- Complete all service checks to trucks and equipment
- Understanding and daily execution of the New Garden Way

Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in executing all items listed on “GET Team Skills Checklist”
- Must have valid NCDL
- Must have excellent attendance
- Must have good communication skills, be goal oriented, honest and ethical
