Job Summary:
Assists individuals with adopting Angels as part of the Christmas Angel Tree Program; provides information and answers questions regarding adoption of Angels; prepares and maintains accurate records related to the Angel Tree adoption and gift process.
Essential Functions:
Program. Provides information and answers questions regarding adoption of Angels Provides prompt and courteous service to all individuals.
Prepares and maintains accurate records related to the Angel Tree adoption and gift process.
Performs other related work as required.
Qualifications
High School diploma or G.E.D.
or
Any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge and demonstrated skill in customer service practices.
Knowledge of effective and efficient record keeping. Ability to maintain an efficient and organized filing system.
Ability to maintain the confidential nature of the work.
Ability to follow instructions, plan and organize work, and work under limited supervision.
