Intro

As a Senior Connectivity Platform Engineer, you will help design, automate, and operate secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise network services across campus, data center, and hybrid cloud environments.

Working closely with Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, Security, and Platform Engineering teams, you will play an important role in delivering reliable connectivity and modern network services. You will combine network engineering expertise with Infrastructure as Code, automation, and DevOps practices to improve platform reliability, security, and operational efficiency.

This role offers the opportunity to influence engineering standards, solve complex connectivity challenges, and contribute to the continued modernization of our global technology environment.

Your Role

- Engineer, implement, and maintain enterprise connectivity services across LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, data center, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Develop technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, security requirements, and operational standards.
- Support the lifecycle of network platforms through upgrades, standardization, optimization, and continuous service improvement.
- Deliver secure connectivity across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and on-premises environments.
- Implement and operate network security capabilities such as segmentation, secure internet access, Zero Trust connectivity, and cloud networking.
- Support application delivery and network services including load balancing, DNS, DHCP, IP address management, and traffic management.
- Automate network provisioning and operations using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Python, REST APIs, and comparable technologies.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD workflows using GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex network incidents, contribute to root cause analysis, and help prevent recurring issues.
- Collaborate across Cloud, Security, Platform Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture teams while contributing to technical documentation, engineering standards, and knowledge sharing.

Your Profile

What you’ll bring:

- Significant practical experience in enterprise network engineering within complex or multi-site environments.
- In-depth knowledge of networking technologies including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, routing, switching, and network security.
- Experience with Cisco technologies such as IOS-XE, NX-OS, Meraki, or SD-WAN, or comparable enterprise networking platforms.
- Experience with network security technologies such as Palo Alto, Cloudflare, Cisco ISE, or equivalent solutions.
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS networking and hybrid cloud connectivity.
- Practical experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code using technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Python, Git, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Professional written and spoken English for working effectively across international teams.

Nice to have:

- Relevant professional certifications such as CCNP, Microsoft Azure, AWS, HashiCorp Terraform Associate, CISSP, or CCSP are welcome but not essential.
- Experience with Kubernetes networking would also be an advantage.
