Business Unit Description:
Driven by Enovis’ desire to create innovative products that help improve quality of life and restore movement to those suffering from degenerative arthritis, Enovis Surgical provides orthopedic surgeons with modern, patient-focused solutions for total joint arthroplasty. Enovis Surgical offers surgeons and their patients a full range of primary and revision implants for hip, knee, shoulder, and elbow reconstructive joint surgeries, in addition to the tools and digital health technology needed in today’s changing healthcare environment.
Job Title/High-Level Position Summary: Serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, customers, and vendors while providing professional front-desk and administrative support. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, coordinating meetings, managing mail and deliveries, maintaining office organization, and assisting with general administrative tasks while following company confidentiality, security, and compliance procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive.
- Keep an eye on security and telecommunications systems.
- Answer visitors’ questions, calls, and emails, and provide them with the relevant information.
- Maintain visitor, employee, and department directories and logs.
- Follow security procedures, such as monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges.
- Organize the reception area while complying with office procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Arrange meetings, schedules, and travel accommodations for senior staff.
- Responsible for monitoring/ordering office and breakroom supplies.
- Sign for deliveries and ensure all mail and packages are distributed accordingly.
- Create and process expense reports
- Cretet Requisitions and Purchase Orders for Accounts Payable
- Order meals for meetings & events
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- In office 5 days a week
- 1+ year of receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a professional office environment.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Lift, carry, pull up to 25 pounds.
- Stand or sit for extended periods of time.
Travel Requirements:
- Less than 5%
