The 1LMX ERP Asset Management Team is specifically transforming Lockheed Martin businesses using the latest SAP S/4HANA ERP solutions to drive to a common set of streamlined processes and deliver results for our customers. Within this initiative, we are hiring an experienced IT Business Analyst to support our Capital Long Range Planning (CLRP) Team. This team is responsible for Developing and Execution of the Capital and OH Long Range Plans. In addition, Forecasting Depreciation as a follow-on process. Details include creating the Plan items, modifying the Plan items, canceling the plan items, rejecting requests, releasing requests, obtaining proper Approvals, assigning AUCs, closing of projects are preferred. Candidates familiar with creating the baseline project structures, creating emergent items, and creating the final asset shell would be considered as highly favorable candidates. Experience with either Capital or Overhead planning is required. Supporting Planners in the Approval Workflow, creation of WBS’, and updating the BOEs are significant responsibilities for this role.
The role of the ERP Business Analyst is a hybrid role requiring both business and technical acumen to support functional specification definition, support development estimation effort, assist in the design of complex technical solutions, perform system configuration, assist with clarification of requirements, and perform component and integration testing activities. The position will work in a scaled agile scrum team comprised of business representatives and IT employees, both internal to Lockheed Martin as well as consultants, to complete system configuration and software development based on business requirements.
Basic Qualifications
• SAP software implementation and configuration experience, preferably in the area of Capital Long Range Planning
• Implementation experience including process design, system configuration, testing and training support
• Understanding of software development life cycle
• Experience writing functional specifications
• Experience writing test cases
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to diverse audiences, both orally and in writing
• Demonstrated ability to work on a multi-disciplinary virtual team
• US Citizenship required due to system access program requirements (no dual citizenship)
Desired Skills
• Experience in the areas of Asset Management and CLRP
• Experience with Capital or Overhead Planning
• Familiar with creating baseline project structures, emergent items and final asset shell
• Familiar with creating WBS and updating BOE’s
• Focused Build knowledge and experience
• Experience with Agile tools including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Jira or VersionOne
• Experience within the Aerospace & Defense industry
• Exposure to automated testing methodologies
• Experience with test automation tools
Pay Information
GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.
* Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $106600.00 - $198000.00
* Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
* Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $95900.00 - $178100.00
* Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
* Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $85300.00 - $158300.00
* Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
* Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $76700.00 - $142500.00
