What We’re Looking For:

A skilled and guest-focused Massage Therapist who delivers exceptional spa experiences that promote relaxation, wellness, and rejuvenation. You’ll provide a variety of massage techniques, maintain a serene environment, and ensure every guest feels cared for and valued.

What You’ll Do:

- Perform a range of massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, etc.) according to guest preferences and spa menu offerings.
- Conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand guest needs and contraindications; adjust services accordingly.
- Recommend appropriate treatments and wellness products to enhance guest experience.
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the spa experience with professionalism and care.
- Maintain a calm, welcoming environment; ensure treatment rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared.
- Handle guest concerns with empathy and discretion; escalate issues to Spa Manager when necessary.
- Follow all health, sanitation, and safety protocols; maintain proper sterilization of tools and linens.
- Comply with Loews Hotels’ standards and local regulations for spa operations.
- Report hazards or equipment issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and schedules in property systems.
- Assist with inventory of spa products and linens; report shortages or replenishment needs.
- Support spa promotions and special events as directed.

Other Responsibilities:

- Preserve the livelihood and reputation of the property by complying with legal policies and requirements.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Occasionally lift up to 45 pounds, reach, bend, crouch, kneel, push, pull, and walk.
- Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
- May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
- Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include:

- Current state license or certification in massage therapy required.
- Previous experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of massage techniques, anatomy, and contraindications.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with spa booking systems and basic computer skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
