HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role:
- Performs professional and technical administrative duties relative to the operation of Colleague Health Services (CHS).
- Provides a variety of medical secretarial assistance and receptionist duties to the daily operations of the clinic.
- Utilizes knowledge of secretarial and medical office practices.
Reports To : Registered Nurse (RN)/Director/Colleague Health Services (JC 019201)
Supervises : None
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
Preferred Education:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required Experience:
- Three (3) years of directly-related experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Proficient with computer programs (including Excel).
- Excellent customer service skills. A
- bility to communicate effectively with all levels of staff members, other departments, physicians, and administrators.
