HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Responsible for maintaining efficient day to day practice facility operations. Manage the human and physical resources required for appropriate patient flow. Assure financial business records/registrations/patient medical records are correct. Train office staff and maintain computer operations for proper patient billing and report generation. Fill in on an as needed basis. Act as liaison between the practice and Medical Outreach, Central Billing Office and other TMH departments.

Supervises:

LPN, Medical Assistant, Office Coordinator, Radiologic Technician, Patient Account Coordinator II, Front Office Supervisor

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field and three (3) years job related experience or High School Diploma/GED and five (5) years job related experience.

Required Experience:

Minimum: Three (3) years of job-related supervisory experience, with a bachelor’s degree or five (5) years job related experience with a High School Diploma/GED.

None
