Houseman

We are excited to welcome a friendly and dedicated Houseman to join our vibrant hospitality team. As a Houseman, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall functionality of our hotel or resort, ensuring every guest experiences a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Responsibilities

- Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning, stocking, and preparing guest rooms and public areas.

- Ensure all equipment and supplies are well maintained and properly stored.

- Transport linens, towels, and other supplies to various departments as needed.

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage rooms and work areas.

- Respond promptly to requests from housekeeping and front desk teams.

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.

- Support the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms or event spaces as required.

- Help manage laundry operations by sorting and distributing linens efficiently.

Requirements

- Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required.

- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently.

- Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations.
