Site Manager, Data Center Building Automation Systems

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our growing Building Automation team and support the delivery of large-scale data center building automation projects in Finland.
In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution on-site. You will coordinate daily site activities, work closely with project teams and subcontractors, and help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on mission-critical infrastructure projects within an international project environment and contribute to some of Siemens' most significant data center projects.
The role is based in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. During the project preparation phase, you will work in a hybrid model, while project execution will primarily take place on-site to ensure successful project delivery.
Your responsibilities
- Leading and supervising day-to-day site operations
- Coordinating subcontractors, commissioning teams, and project stakeholders
- Supporting project delivery in line with agreed schedules, objectives, and quality standards
- Developing and maintaining site schedules together with the Project Manager
- Organizing site meetings and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders
- Monitoring site progress and reporting risks, issues, and milestones
- Ensuring project documentation is accurate and up to date
- Promoting and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements

We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience managing site activities in technically demanding project environments such as industrial facilities, infrastructure projects, energy projects, manufacturing sites, or data centers
- A technical background in areas such as automation, electrical systems, engineering, industrial technologies, or related disciplines
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and subcontractors in a project environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to work
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams
- Professional-level English language skills

Considered an Advantage:
- Experience working in data centers or other mission-critical environments
- Knowledge of automation systems, control systems, commissioning activities, or system handovers
- Understanding of networking and IT infrastructure within technical environments
- Experience working in international project organizations
- Knowledge of Nordic languages
- Experience with PXC programming and commissioning
