- Assist with game preparation, strategy, and game-day responsibilities.
- Help maintain a positive, disciplined, and supportive team environment.
- Support student-athlete development and accountability.
- Assist with equipment, uniforms, team organization, and other program needs.
- Serve as a positive role model for student-athletes.

Responsibilities include:
- Develop athletes across a variety of track and field events.

- Prepare athletes for meets and competitions.
- Encourage individual improvement and team success.
- Promote a culture of perseverance, accountability, and sportsmanship.
