Horaires de travail :

- Quart de jour : du lundi au vendredi, de 7h00 15h00 Salaire de 20,00 $ CA/heure

- Quart de soir : du lundi au vendredi, de 15h00 23h00 Salaire de 20,00 $ CA de l'heure, plus une prime de quart de 0,75 $ de l'heure

- Quart de nuit : du dimanche au jeudi, de 23h00 7h00 Salaire de 20,00 $ CA/heure pour le quart de nuit, plus une prime de quart de 3,50 $/heure

Sommaire du poste
Loprateur(trice ) de presse est responsable dexcuter, de faon scuritaire et efficace, les oprations de
production lies au procd dinjection plastique. Travaillant parfois de manire autonome et parfois en
quipe, il ou elle sassure de la qualit des pices produi tes, de la conformit aux exigences des clients et
du respect des standards de sant et scurit au travail. Loprateur(trice) contribue directement latteinte
des objectifs de productivit et lamlioration continue des procds de fabrication.
Tches et responsabilits
1. Production et qualit
Prendre connaissance et appliquer les instructions de travail (format papier ou informatis).
Complter et vrifier les rapports de production et dinspection avec rigueur.
Procder au dmoulage des pices, sil y a lieu, et vrifier leur refroidissement adquat.
Effectuer les oprations de finition requises : coupe de carotte, retrait de bavures/flash avec fusil
chauffant, application de bandes adhsives, tiquettes, points de couleur, inserts, mousse, etc.
Assurer la disponibilit et la conformit des matires premires et fournitures ncessaires la
production.
Inspecter visuellement et dimensionnellement les pices afin de valider leur qualit et leur
conformit.
Prendre les dcisions qualit de niveau 1 et signaler toute non - conformit au superviseur ou au
dpartement qualit .
Emballer, identifier et palettiser les pices conformment aux spcifications du client.
Installer, ajuster et prparer son poste de travail au dbut de chaque quart et lors de changements
de moules.
Communiquer aux quipes concernes (superviseur, monteur - ajusteur, qualit) tout problme li
au fonctionnement des quipements.
Effectuer des tches techniques de base : changement de bouteille de primer, arrt et redmarrage
dune presse sans robot, etc.
Suivre et optimiser son efficacit de production laide des outils disponibles.

Position Summary
The press operator is responsible for carrying out the production operations related to the plastic injection
process in a safe and efficient manner. Sometimes working independently and sometimes as part of a
team, he or she ensures the quality of the parts produced, compliance with customer requirements and
compliance with occupational health and safety standards. The operator contributes directly to the
achievement of productivity objectives and the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Production and quality
Read and apply work instructions (paper or computerized format).
Complete and verify production and inspection reports rigorously.
Remove the parts from the mould, if necessary, and check that they are properly cooled.
Perform the required finishing operations: core cutting, burr/flash removal with heated gun,
application of adhesive strips, labels, color dots, inserts, foam, etc.
Ensure the availability and compliance of raw materials and supplies needed for production.
Visually and dimensionally inspect parts to validate their quality and compliance.
Make Level 1 quality decisions and report any non-conformances to the supervisor or the quality
department.
Pack, identify and palletize parts according to customer specifications.
Install, adjust and prepare your workstation at the beginning of each shift and during mold
changes.
Communicate to the relevant teams (supervisor, fitter, quality) any problems related to the
operation of the equipment.
Perform basic technical tasks: changing primer bottles, stopping and restarting a press without a
robot, etc.
Monitor and optimize production efficiency using the tools available.
Respect established deadlines and productivity standards.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Skills and qualifications sought
Experience in manufacturing or production (an asset).
Knowledge of the plastic injection process (an asset).
Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
Good manual dexterity, meticulousness and attention to detail.
Ability to work standing for long periods of time and perform repetitive movements.
Sense of responsibility and autonomy.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Compliance with health and safety guidelines.
