Job Summary

Coach, train and motivate individuals on metric behaviors we hope to replicate throughout the nation. Leading training calls on performance-based metrics, 1 on 1 coaching daily, including before EHP steps inside home & motivating with positive messaging and phone calls. Dedicate 4 hours of each day to utilizing reporting, setting goals, leading by example and executing action plans within EHPs to drive performance

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

- Work with team captain to lead district training and coaching efforts to increase all performance-based metrics Captain is compensated for

- Develop and train EHPs in district to follow the process in which Lead Captain performs

- Track all data communicating with Team Captain & BPL to develop strategies for improvement for EHPs within the district

- Help build action plans for EHPs with Team Captain & BPL to increase performance based metrics within the district

- Attend weekly Captain call to be developed, gather useful new information, get up to date on new processes or goals the company has set forth

- Maintain visibility into team group chats & captains chat posting process culture

- Coach EHPs 1 on 1 while theyre in the home, before they arrive to the home & post install on metric improvement

- Spend 4 hours each day dedicated to Lead Captain role, driving performance based metrics utilizing 1 on 1 conversations, coaching in real time, working with Team Captain to assure performance within the district is continuing to trend upwards

- Identify shortcomings partnered with your Team Captain to spotlight within your team & EHPs, identify problems and create solutions to increase performance

- Strategically focus on GTR, the use of & hold EHPs accountable for not asking every time in the home for referrals from our customers

Competencies & KPIs

Field Coaching & Enablement 
 Ability to coach, motivate, and support districts/reps to improve performance based metrics

Operational Ownership & Follow-Through 
 Strong discipline in coaching, developing and follow-through of real time performance metrics. Tracking EHPs metrics to be able to develop strategic plans to increase performance

Partner Coordination & Problem Resolution 
 Ability to work effectively with Team Captains & BPL to coordinate specific action plans for EHP to increase performance

Data Accuracy & Performance Management 
 Strong attention to detail in maintaining relationships with EHPs & focusing on daily goals along with monthly goals

Overall PEA, Referrals/Self Gens 
 Focusing on increases of company minimums of the following metrics while hyper focusing with real time data on EHPs performance

Time Management 
 Utilizing 4 hours of scheduled time in each day to sharpen the skills, increase performance & drive the metrics Safestreets is dedicated to seeing improvement in. Utilizing 9/1 reporting & access to see real time EHP s in the home to drive the metrics increase

Skills, Physical Demands & Work Environment

- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and sit or stand for periods throughout the work day.

- Work is performed office setting

- Up to 0% of travel required

- Ability to clearly and consistently deliver direction from leadership to all teammates. This includes communicating expectations, updates, and strategic initiatives in a timely, accurate, and motivating manner.

Licenses, Certifications, & Educational Requirements

All SafeStreets employees must be 18 years of age or older.

Education required GED/HS

License supplied by company

Experience in CRM needed, Salesforce preferred

MS Office experience, especially Excel competency

At least 6 months EHP experience required

At least 6 months of Team Captain experience preferred

Compensation

SafeStreets compensation may include base pay and, for eligible roles, variable compensation or bonuses. Variable and bonus compensation is not guaranteed and is governed by applicable plan terms. All compensation is paid in compliance with federal, state, and local wage laws, including applicable minimum wage and overtime requirements. If this role has variable comp and will be shared in a separate compensation plan.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and any additional security clearances or licenses required for the role, including applicable state licensing requirements.
