Job Purpose:
- The All-Source Analyst (Critical Minerals) at Knight Federal Solutions Inc will play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting intelligence data related to critical minerals. This position requires a high level of expertise in gathering, assessing, and disseminating information that supports national security objectives. The analyst will leverage their skills to provide comprehensive insights and actionable intelligence to decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of intelligence data pertaining to critical minerals, utilizing all available sources to ensure comprehensive understanding.
- Develop detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings and assessments to stakeholders, including government agencies and military personnel.
- Collaborate with other analysts and experts to integrate information from various sources, enhancing the overall intelligence picture.
- Maintain a high level of security and confidentiality, adhering to all protocols associated with holding a TS SCI with CI Poly clearance.
- Stay updated on global developments in the critical minerals sector, identifying potential threats and opportunities that may impact national security.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to support strategic planning and policy development related to critical minerals.
- Participate in briefings and meetings, representing Knight Federal Solutions Inc as a subject matter expert in critical minerals analysis.

Qualifications

Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Geology, Environmental Science, International Relations, or a related discipline.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in intelligence analysis, specifically related to critical minerals or natural resources.
- Demonstrated experience working with classified information and a deep understanding of security protocols.
- Proven track record of producing comprehensive analytical reports and assessments.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and analyze data.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Must hold TS SCI with CI Poly clearance.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools and software relevant to intelligence analysis.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.
