Job Purpose:
- The All-Source Analyst (OOB) at Knight Federal Solutions Inc is responsible for providing comprehensive intelligence analysis by integrating information from various sources to support national security objectives. The role requires a high level of expertise in analyzing and interpreting data to deliver actionable insights that enhance decision-making processes within the intelligence community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of intelligence data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with other analysts and stakeholders to develop comprehensive intelligence reports and assessments.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to process and evaluate complex data sets.
- Ensure the accuracy and relevance of intelligence information by cross-referencing and validating data.
- Maintain a high level of security and confidentiality in handling sensitive information, adhering to all relevant protocols and regulations.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
- Continuously monitor and assess emerging threats and developments in the geopolitical landscape.
- Participate in briefings and presentations to communicate findings and insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest intelligence technologies and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

Required Education:
- Bachelors degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred but not mandatory.

Required Experience:
- Must hold a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph (CI Poly).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis.
- Proven track record of working in a defense or intelligence community environment.
- Experience in utilizing intelligence databases and tools for data collection and analysis.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information and develop actionable intelligence.
- Proficiency in using intelligence software and applications, such as Analyst Notebook, Palantir, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to operate independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with Order of Battle (OOB) analysis and methodologies.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
