The Maintenance and Technical Inventory Coordinator manages schedules, performs AMOS administrative duties, catalogues technical documentation and manages project communications to keep AMOS maintenance and inventory projects running smoothly. This position requires day-to-day interaction with the AMOS Inventory and Maintenance software.

- Collects and organizes records, reports and documentation related to onboard inventory audits.
- Assist in addressing all technical inventory findings reported by AMOS Inventory Team, Internal Audit or Class.
- Register inventory in AMOS as requested by the vessels.
- Process approved maintenance request in AMOS.
- Manages schedules for all traveling AMOS Team members.
- Perform administrative AMOS task assigned by the Maintenance and Technical Inventory Manager.
- Handles daily schedules, tracks progress and organizes paperwork and meeting for maintenance and inventory related projects.
- Assist with writing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures as they relate to the maintenance and technical inventory.
- Assist with writing and maintain AMOS training materials.
- Catalogues and oversees the technical manuals and drawings for all the vessels.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
