Long Beach, CA, in office
Schedule:
Looking for therapists to start in our new Long Beach clinic! In-clinic hours available:
-Monday-Friday 2pm-8pm
-Saturdays 8am-3pm
Candidate can choose to work any partial days/times within the above hours, minimum of 8 hours per week.
Saturday availability is a plus!
Compensation:
$40-45/hr, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy to clients in-clinic
- Provide direct treatment assistance to identify clients under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Follow and implement documented treatment plans developed by a supervising SLP
- Document client progress toward meeting established objectives, and report the information to a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
- Assist an SLP during assessment, assisting with formal documentation, preparing materials, and performing clerical duties for a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
Requirements:
- Possession of valid registration as a Speech/Language Pathology Assistant with the California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board
- One year experience working with individuals with speech and language disabilities in a structured environment, preferably in the clinic setting
