About the role
The Asistant Manager , Capabilities GBS plays a key role in advancing capability development across OneGBS by partnering with business leaders to design and deliver impactful learning and development solutions. Combining consulting, instructional design, facilitation, and stakeholder management expertise, this role supports the development of critical functional, leadership, and future-focused capabilities.
Your responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify capability needs and develop targeted learning solutions.
- Design engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Facilitate in-person, virtual, and experiential learning programs for diverse global audiences.
- Develop high-quality learning assets, presentations, toolkits, and capability-building resources.
- Analyse and assess Existing capabilities and identify the skill gap and create intervention programs to bridge the identified skills gaps suing experiential learning methodology.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of capability programs, ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Analyse learning data and generate insights to measure effectiveness of the programs and support decision-making.
The experience we're looking for
- 4-7 years of experience in consulting, Capability assessments and capability building.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principle, and facilitating experiential learning programs, instructional design principles and content creation.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (creating compelling presentations and excel Pivot Tables, Lookups, Dashboards).
- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and project management capabilities.
