HealthFitness is seeking a motivated and passionate Substitute Personal Trainer to join our team at a premier client site in Spring House, PA . This flexible, fill-in role is ideal for fitness professionals looking to expand their experience while supporting members on their wellness journeys. Hours will vary based on scheduling needs and client demand, offering the opportunity to create a flexible work-life balance.

Responsible for designing customized workout programs and training members based on their needs. Responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one personal training to members, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment.

Minimum Requirements

- Current Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider.
- Current Adult First Aid & CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute.
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. The compensation for this role is commission-based.
