Join Our Team as a Mat Pilates Instructor in Santa Clara, CA!

HealthFitness is seeking an enthusiastic Mat Pilates Instructor to join the fitness team at two premier corporate client sites in Santa Clara, California . If you're passionate about helping others build strength, improve mobility, and achieve their wellness goals, we'd love to hear from you!

This part-time opportunity offers the chance to teach 2-3 classes per week in a supportive corporate wellness environment while making a meaningful impact on participants' health and well-being.

Current Class Schedule:

- Client A: Thursdays, 5:30-6:30 PM (or 6:00-7:00 PM)
- Client B: Thursdays, one lunchtime class and one afternoon class (4:15-5:00 PM)
- Some flexibility is available regarding the day of the week.

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members taking Mat Pilates classes.

Minimum Requirements

- Mat Pilates Instructor certification required.
- CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
- 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

The compensation range for this role is $50 - $60 per class. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.  We understand that compensation is an important factor when considering a new opportunity, and we strive to provide a competitive wage within the market.
