- Represent the region on transformation, governance, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, employer transfers, legal-entity changes, and vendor transitions.
- Lead payroll due diligence and integration planning, including review of vendors, registrations, portal and bank access, historical filings and liabilities, collective bargaining requirements, employee data, testing, cutover, and stabilization.
- Monitor regional payroll, tax, labor, social security, banking, and regulatory developments and coordinate timely implementation of required changes.

- Drive standardization, automation, payroll technology, process improvement, documentation, business continuity, cross-training, and performance reporting.
- Build strong partnerships with HR, Finance, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Benefits, Compensation, Technology, Internal Audit, country representatives, and external providers.

Education and preferred qualifications

- Bachelor's degree and/or 10-15 years of relevant payroll experience, including leadership of multi-country Latin America and Caribbean payroll operations with collective bargaining agreements.
