As a Warehouse Associate at RitterTech's Bolingbrook, IL location, you will be a key part of the operation that keeps our customers supplied with the fluid power products they depend on. You will receive and process inbound shipments, pick and pack orders, operate forklifts and pallet movers, conduct cycle counts, and make sure every order leaves accurately and on time. Attention to detail is essential — the work you do directly impacts the service our customers receive.

What You'll Do
Receiving and Inbound
- Assist with shipping and receiving — unloading trucks, checking in product, and verifying accuracy against packing lists.
- Sort and place products on racks, shelves, or in bins according to bin codes or other predetermined order (type, size, color, etc.).
- Record amounts of items received in the computerized inventory control system.
Order Fulfillment and Shipping
- Pull customer orders from stock according to purchase orders and/or shipping tickets.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipping using common carriers; verify packing lists for accuracy before release.
- Record amounts of items distributed in the inventory control system.
Inventory and Warehouse Operations
- Conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and pallet movers safely and as needed throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
- Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, shipping manifests, packing lists, and shipping lists.
- Basic computer skills including data entry and Microsoft Office products; familiarity with inventory and payroll software.
- Reliable team player with the ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to pass an MVR driving check.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in an active warehouse environment (climbing, standing, reaching, bending, kneeling, stooping).
- High school diploma or GED; one to three months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of warehouse activities and inventory control.
- Experience with multi-carrier shipping systems.
- Prior forklift or pallet mover experience.
