Account Manager – Corrugated Industry
Southern Ohio / Cincinnati Territory

Dynamic Dies, Inc., a Top Workplace and leading manufacturer of cutting dies and printing plates for the corrugated industry, is looking for an experienced Account Manager to take over an established, high-potential Southern Ohio territory.
This is not a build-from-scratch sales position. You'll step into an existing customer base with the opportunity to strengthen relationships, grow existing business, and develop new opportunities throughout the territory.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow an established territory
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key customers
- Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts
- Develop new business throughout the Southern Ohio market
- Serve as a trusted resource to customers by understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Work directly with the Director of Sales to develop territory strategies and achieve sales goals
- Maintain regular customer contact and provide responsive, professional service
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in corrugated tooling, corrugated packaging, or box sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong understanding of the corrugated industry and customer needs
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing an established territory
- Ability to identify opportunities and turn relationships into long-term business growth
- Must live within the Cincinnati/Southern Ohio region
