Sales Manager - Precious Metals, Numismatics & Collectible Coins

Osborne Coinage is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team specializing in precious metals, numismatic coins, collectible coins, and commemorative medallions. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys connecting with collectors, investors, dealers and distributors while helping drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with collectors, investors, dealers and distributors
- Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and outbound sales activities
- Promote and sell precious metal products, minting capacity, collectible coins, and commemorative medallions programs
- Provide expert product recommendations based on customer interests and objectives
- Source and promote licensed precious metal coin and medallion programs to prospective customers
- Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to maximize conversion rates
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM / Group Sales funnel system
- Support the internal product development group
- Stay current on market trends, product releases, and industry developments
What are we looking for?
- 4-year degree plus 3 years related sales experience (preferred)
- Proven success in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in precious metals, collectibles, luxury goods, financial services, or a related industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of numismatics and coin collecting is an asset.
