Under the supervision of the registered nurse, assist in the individualized care of the patient directed toward achieving the patients highest level of physical and mental wellness. Performs designated clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks essential to nursing care. Assists in unit operational support tasks or duties. Performs duties and responsibilities in manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Behavioral Health Associate | Marian Center
Join the Marian Center as a Behavioral Health Associate and make a meaningful difference by supporting patients in a compassionate behavioral health environment. We’re looking for dependable, caring individuals who enjoy helping others and working as part of a team.
Both full-time and part-time positions available.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma and/or Nurse Assistant training
- Experience in Behavioral Health, Psychiatry, or as a Direct Support Professional
Physical Requirements:
Minimal lifting of less than 30 lbs. from floor to waist and less than 40 lbs. of force; balancing. Frequent hand coordination and data entry.
