Dialysis Clinic Manager - Registered Nurse (RN)
IRC Kidney Center of Beaumont is seeking a Clinic Manager (RN) to lead our 24-station dialysis center providing both In-Center Hemodialysis (ICHD) and Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) services. In this role, you'll oversee clinical operations, staff development, regulatory compliance, and facility performance while partnering with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
Location: Kidney Center of Beaumont, 1085 South 23rd St, Beaumont, TX 77707
Clinic Hours: Monday-Saturday | 5:00 AM-9:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Lead the clinical, operational, and financial performance of the facility
- Hire, develop, and support nursing, technical, and administrative staff
- Drive quality outcomes, survey readiness, and QAPI initiatives
- Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and company requirements
- Build strong relationships with patients, staff, referral partners, and the local community
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Texas (or ability to obtain Texas licensure)
- Minimum 12 months of nursing experience
- Minimum 6 months of dialysis or ESRD patient care experience
- Current BLS and CPR certifications
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- 3-5 years of ESRD clinical and management experience preferred
- BSN preferred

Salary Range: $100,000- $120,000 / year depending on experience and qualifications
